David Tuttle Cohen is the owner and photographer for DC Fotos. With thirty years of experience David is an in-demand event and party photographer based in Efrat in Gush Etzion.



He has a passion for portrait photography, as he sees it as an ability to look into a person and see beyond the surface.



With his background in news photography his approach is to give his photos a journalistic and storytelling feel.
